David Zarraonandia

David Jordan Zarraonandia, MBA, is an associate professor of business management at USK, where he teaches spreadsheets and other aspects of business management. His interests include organizational membership, specifically focusing on organizational entry and exit, nonverbal communication, persuasion, conflict management, marketing, and organizational identification. He graduated in the top 3% of his class during his undergraduate studies and won the school’s valedictorian award for his Master of Business Administration.

An engaged scholar, David also holds a California real estate broker’s license and is currently practicing real estate in California. He coaches and consults with clients to explore creative solutions in the complex real estate market, clarifying individual needs, understanding negotiating strategies, and instilling confidence in his clients. In 2023, David was ranked in the top 200 agents in San Diego and in the top 1.5% of real estate agents in the nation.

One of David’s proudest accomplishments is completing the Idaho Coeur d’Alene Ironman. He is married to Alyssa Zarraonandia and has three young children.
