Carolyn Peters

Professor of Kinesiology

Carolyn Peters was a dual student-athlete at San Diego State University while working as a student athletic trainer and completing her Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education. She earned her Master of Arts degree in Physical Education with an emphasis in Kinesiology, also at San Diego State University, while working as an assistant strength and conditioning coach. She is currently a Doctoral Candidate at Carolina University, researching leadership with an emphasis on education administration. She teaches Kinesiology and College Student Success at USK. When not teaching, she subs as an athletic trainer in the San Diego Unified School District, works special events as an EMT, and trains service dogs for mobility disabilities with Pawsitive Teams.
