Blair Havens

Professor Havens currently teaches real estate courses including real estate practice, real estate principles, real estate economics and introduction to marketing.  In addition to his teaching role, Mr. Havens works as a real estate broker focusing on residential and commercial properties for the Havens Group in North County.  He has a background in sales and marketing and previously worked for national corporations including Lee and Associates Commercial Real Estate and Rocket Mortgage.  Mr. Havens is passionate about athletics.  He was a former college baseball player and currently officiates high school and college football.  He also has a master’s in Physical Education and has taught sports psychology.
