Alyssa grew up in San Diego County, where she attended a Christian high school. She thought she would probably thrive at a smaller college with a lot of faculty-student interaction, and she was right. Now a senior at USK, Alyssa has taken at least one lab class every single semester and has been on the Dean’s List the whole time. Faculty members love her diligence and optimism!
