Alden Reynoso

Alden Schmid Reynoso is the Program Director of the Business Management and MA Organizational Leadership programs. She joined the USK faculty in 2021. An experienced Employment professional with more than 20 years in the Human Resources field, Alden has special expertise in the areas of management coaching & training, technical recruiting and HR Information Systems. She is MBTI-certified and enjoys using that tool to assist clients improve communication, teamwork and work performance as well as foster positive changes in corporate culture. Alden has worked across a variety of industries such as: Defense contracting, Biotechnology, Embedded Software, Consumer Electronics, E-Commerce, Insurance, Health Care and Sports/Fitness.

Alden holds a B.A. in liberal studies (Summa Cum Laude) from University of California, Riverside, and an M.S. in Psychology from University of California, Santa Cruz. She has completed the extension program in HR Management at UCSD and maintains current PHR and SHRM-CP certifications.
