Successful completion of a three-course series to become eligible for the California real estate license exam. BUS 305 – Business Law, RES 405 – Principles of Real Estate, and RES 410 – Real Estate Practice meet the real estate license exam preparatory requirements. You will learn basic laws and principles of California real estate including the terminology necessary for preparation for the real estate agent licensing examination.
