ACE Personal Trainer

Take the KIN 199: Personal Training Methodology course to become an ACE Personal Trainer. This course will prepare you for the personal training certification exam through the American Council on exercise (ACE). You will learn evidence-based exercise science fundamentals, principles of behavior change and client-centered methodologies to equip you to work in the area of Personal Training. Real Estate Agent

Successful completion of a three-course series to become eligible for the California real estate license exam. BUS 305 - Business Law, RES 405 - Principles of Real Estate, and RES 410 - Real Estate Practice meet the real estate license exam preparatory requirements. You will learn basic laws and principles of California real estate including the terminology necessary for preparation for the real estate agent licensing examination. Registered Behavior Technician

Take the PSY 199: Registered Behavior Technician course to become a Registered Behavior Technician. This course prepares you for the RBT Certification exam through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Students will be connected to agencies working with individuals on the autism spectrum to prepare for employment once the RBT exam is successfully completed. Strength & Conditioning Specialist

Take the KIN 198: Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) course to become a NSCA CSCS. This course will prepare you for the strength and conditioning certification exam through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. You will learn to conduct sport-specific tests, and design and implement safe and effective training programs for athletes at all levels. Additionally, you will be able to apply scientific knowledge in the area of nutrition and injury prevention to improve athletic performance.
